I’m here to take care of all the last-minute troubleshooting, host your guests, lead the rehearsal, have everything set up to be your dream and tie up any loose ends on your big day!

  • Coordinate & lead the wedding rehearsal

  • On-Site to receive rentals, direct vendors & ensure everything is set up according to your plan.

  • Bouquet, Boutonniere & Corsage management

  • Wedding Day Emergency troubleshooting

  • Lead the Processional (giving cues to all)

  • Gift Management & send off to location of your choice

  • Payment Distribution to Officient and others as needed

Optional Add-ons:

  • Rental Returns (local only)

  • Tuxedo Returns (local only)

  • Venue tear down (local only)

  • Additional Time

  • Ala cart needs you have, don’t be shy, just ask!

Wedding Design

There are hundreds of decisions a bride can make pertaining to the design alone. Colors, fonts, styles, hashtags and more. Plus, the countless hours of coordinating and ordering everything.

Let me help:

  • Help create your over all color scheme & inspo board

  • Create your wedding brand - graphics, print colors, signage, invitations, hashtag, all of it!

  • Floral design for wedding and reception

  • Ceremony aisle runner and back drop

  • Table settings- Linen, decor, florals, etc…

  • Gift, card, cake and book tables

  • Any other venue decor you choose!

Amount of meetings will be set at beginning of design phase depending on size, location and volume of design projects.

Wedding Planning

I’m here to be a planning partner to you! I will provide a custom planning book that we work from, have weekly quick call/email status updates, planning meetings and all of the ‘Coordination’ and ‘Design’ packages plus the following:

  • Access to full ‘preferred partners’ vendor list and full coordination of all selected vendors.

  • Timeline creation & management of planning process, ensuring all payments, contracts, permits and reservations are all needed.

  • On-site visits for venue selection

  • Budget management and weekly updates

  • Procuring welcome kits, wedding party gifts, and any other special gifts
